Cannot access the Internet because telephone connection is wrong
Cause:
The phone connection is wrong.
Solution:
Connect line from the modem to the telephone line.
Consult the documentation that came with the modem to determine:
1) The number of connection cords required.
2) If any adapters (to allow 2 lines to plug into the same jack) are needed.
